Jeff has a love for the Lord and for helping people come to know, love, and serve Christ both in their professional and personal lives. His current work with Living Sent Ministries as the Lebanon City Team Leader allows him to serve Christ and use his gifts to glorify God. Jeff uses his creative abilities with photography and art to serve Living Sent Ministries as well. As a photographer and artist Jeff has had the privilege of touching people through his photography and art.
Jeff has a proven track record as a collaborative leader with a personal touch as he served over 24 years in executive management as CFO and CEO with a manufacturing company with up to 900 employees. His leadership style encompasses insightful listening and problem solving that motivates and empowers. He successfully led the organization through significant economic downturns, diversifying the customer base, and accomplishing the highest six sigma quality standards and accreditation. He was awarded the Nashville Business Journal Impact Award for his work with Nashville and Rutherford County Chambers of Commerce on community improvement projects and an effort to establish manufacturing student internships. Jeff also worked with international and regional public accounting firms for 7 years where he led corporate audits and consulting teams. Recently, Jeff was certified to coach, train, and speak on communication and leadership. He is dedicated to continuous personal growth and has a strong desire to empower others.
Jeff currently resides in Lebanon, Tennessee with his wife Karen and their Shetland Sheepdog, Teddy. They love to travel and spend time with their adult children and grandchildren. Karen has a heart for children and is an accomplished educator in a local school district. She has a heart for helping others as well, especially the children she serves each day. Karen has a love for music that led her to serve on worship teams as well as lead children’s church choirs and productions. She also taught classical piano for 20 years in her own music studio with up to 70 students.
